We are seeking qualified, full-time Road Supervisors for our paratransit team in Union, NJ
We offer a competitive compensation package.
Job Responsibilities for Road Supervisors:
- Investigates accidents and incidents on the scene
- Conducts road checks to ensure drivers are following policy and maintaining the efficiency of their routes
- Oversees routes and constantly monitors the on time performance of drivers while making suggestions for better routes to stay efficient

Desired Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years professional and safe driving experience in a leadership role
- CDL License with P Endorsement
- Must be at least 21 years old
