BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to join our Assistive Care team in Charlotte, NC.
Earn $85,000–$90,000 annually, plus up to a $5,000 retention bonus, while building your leadership career with a Monday–Friday schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who wants to move beyond traditional bedside nursing and combine clinical expertise, leadership, caregiver development, and care management.
You do not need previous Nurse Manager experience to be considered. If you have at least 2 years of professional RN experience and are ready to grow your leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do
As an RN Clinical Manager, you'll help ensure clients receive exceptional care while supporting and developing the caregivers who serve them.
You'll:

Conduct nursing assessments for geriatric clients in Charlotte and surrounding areas

Develop and oversee individualized client care plans
-
Coordinate care with clients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff

Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aides in the field
-
Help orient and onboard new Home Health Aides and CNAs
-
Provide training and ongoing education to field staff
-
Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and the office team
What We're Looking For
Required:
-
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
At least 2 years of professional RN experience

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Interest in supporting clients at home and developing caregivers
Preferred, but not required:
-
Home care experience
-
Supervisory, leadership, or Nurse Manager experience
