We are building a team focused on transforming business operations through AI-powered automation, agentic workflows, and intelligent decision support. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for improvement, design AI-enabled solutions, and build practical workflows using no-code and low-code technologies. About Risk Services 

Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives. 

Key responsibilities 

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.

• Design end-to-end AI workflows using low-code and no-code platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.

• Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases and implementation plans.

• Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience through AI.

• Support the development of proofs of concept, pilots, and scalable AI solutions.

• Analyse business data and operational insights to measure solution effectiveness and value delivered.

• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems where required.

• Stay current on emerging AI, automation, and agentic technology trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.

• Support project delivery activities including stakeholder communications, documentation, testing, and change management.

• Understand limitations and risks associated with generative AI solutions.

• Apply responsible AI principles, data governance requirements, and operational controls.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies quickly.

• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.

What we are looking for 

• Fresh graduates or with less than 2 years’ experience in: 

• Accounting

• Economics

• Information Systems

• Business Analytics

• Data Analytics

• Computer Science

• Engineering

• Or related disciplines

• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce, or similar tools.

• Basic technical knowledge including APIs, databases, data models, or system integrations.

• Experience through internships, projects, hackathons, research, or coursework involving AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI Agents, RAG solutions, Document intelligence solutions.
