About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Risk Assurance Specialist to support the coordination and management of a global risk and insurance program. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders across captive management, legal operations, finance, tax, and operating companies to help ensure effective program delivery, reporting, and strategic alignment.

This is a highly collaborative role with responsibility for supporting insurance budget planning, renewal submissions, claims reporting, and analytics across a range of management liability lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Captive Management teams, Captive Board of Directors, Corporate Tax/Finance, and operating companies to maximize the effectiveness of the captive program
• Develop and manage communication strategies with Legal Operations on technology-related projects as the Risk Liaison Manager
• Establish insurance budgets for Risk Managers’ approval and distribute to Finance, while advising senior stakeholders on year-end expenditures across multiple lines of coverage
• Develop E&O analytics and reporting for the General Counsel to present to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee
• Assist with the analysis and design of the company’s worldwide risk and insurance programs
• Develop strategic approaches for underwriting renewal submissions and claims reporting processes across Management Liability programs including D&O, E&O, Fiduciary, EPL, and Fidelity

About You

• Experience in risk management, insurance, captive management, or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior internal teams
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and insights for executive audiences
• Strong understanding of global insurance programs and management liability lines
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded
