About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Associate.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in low-risk initiatives within Risk Analytics
• Review process production, and model documentation in alignment with policy, analyzing trends in current population
• Receive direction from manager
• Exercise judgment within Risk Analytics while developing understanding of analytic models, policies, and procedures
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to manager and experienced managers

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced desktop skills in MS Office products especially MS Excel and tools like SQL, Power BI & Alteryx
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be agile, flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business requirements.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Job Expectations:

• Responsible for data integrity, data aggregation, analysis and interpretation in support of the monitoring and oversight of the credit portfolio, market risk or capital.
• Delivers insights and decision strategies to maximize profits and/or asset growth, mitigate credit risk, manage operating losses and other risk exposures.
