What you will do

The Revenue Growth Management LAS – Pricing Sr Analyst is responsible for analyzing and redesigning business processes to drive efficiency and growth. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to assess complex needs, develop executive reports, and support strategic decision-making for pricing and marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic pricing strategies leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and competitive intelligence to maximize revenue growth across LAS markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, distribution, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative pricing models and improve business processes that respond to market trends and consumer behavior.
• Continuously monitor, interpret, and refine pricing frameworks using real-time market data, customer insights, relevant policies, procedures, and legislation to drive sustainable growth and compliance.
• Lead scenario planning exercises and conduct comprehensive benchmark analyses to forecast the impact of pricing decisions on business performance, profitability, and industry positioning.
• Analyze complex internal and external customer data, including regional marketing allocations, to identify untapped revenue opportunities, optimize price positioning, and inform pricing strategies.
• Lead data identification, extraction, and analysis from diverse repositories to support strategic pricing decisions and prepare executive-level reports, briefing materials, and documentation on pricing and revenue management initiatives.
• Evaluate business readiness for pricing process changes, assess the business impact and value of proposed pricing changes, prioritize initiatives accordingly, and recommend effective implementation strategies.
• Identify and investigate strategic issues related to pricing and revenue growth to support long-term business objectives.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or business process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven experience in developing business process models and design specifications.
• Familiarity with industry policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements affecting pricing and revenue.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to executives.
