  • Complete RFP, RFI and DDQ processes from prospective and existing clients across private and public markets, working within stated deadlines;
  • Generate high-quality, tailored responses and continuously improve the firm's standard content library;
  • Collaborate directly with business development, investment management and other internal teams to gather inputs and ensure responses reflect LGT CP's current positioning accurately;
  • Act as the link between client-facing teams and the PACS Data team, translating investor relations and client servicing needs into clear data requirements and helping ensure timely, accurate delivery;
  • Operate as a power user of the firm's RFP platform (Responsive), data workflows and AI-assisted tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of data quality, content maintenance, automation and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • University degree in quantitative finance, finance, business analytics, economics or a related field; CFA, CAIA or an equivalent qualification is a plus;
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in data analysis, ideally within investor relations, RFP/DDQ, product management, or a related function in asset management;

  • Prior exposure to data workflows or digital tools, with eagerness to develop these skills further;
  • Curiosity and confidence in using AI-assisted tools;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent deadlines without losing precision and attention to detail;
