THE ROLE

We're looking for a Reward & Workforce Analytics Manager to join our People & Culture team on a initial 6-month contract.

This is a unique opportunity to combine reward expertise with workforce analytics, helping shape how we attract, retain and reward our people while delivering meaningful workforce insights to leaders and the Board. You'll play a key role in completing our annual remuneration review cycle, establishing robust workforce reporting and supporting strategic people initiatives across the business.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Contribute to the delivery of the annual remuneration review process, including salary recommendations, market benchmarking, approval coordination and remuneration communications.
• Develop and enhance workforce analytics, reporting and dashboards, transforming people data into meaningful business insights.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning, talent decisions and organisational effectiveness.
• Drive the implementation and embedding of FleetPartners' job architecture and remuneration frameworks.
• Support key governance and reporting activities, including WGEA submissions, Board and PCRNCo reporting, and remuneration-related compliance processes

ABOUT YOU

You're a reward and workforce analytics professional who enjoys combining remuneration expertise with data-driven insights. With experience across remuneration, compensation and benefits, workforce reporting or people analytics, you bring strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and a naturally curious mindset. You enjoy identifying trends, solving problems and partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective reward outcomes and informed workforce decisions.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A track record in delivering remuneration projects and solutions within an ASX organisation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to concisely and quickly generate insights from data. Strong Excel skills are a must!
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working consultatively with others and demonstrated capability to influence.
• Demonstrated understanding of equity and employee share schemes.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business-related field.
