About this RevOps Manager role at Onside

Onside · Hybrid · Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Why we’re here
Protect the world’s food supply.

Somewhere in HubSpot right now, a deal is going quiet and no one’s noticed yet. Your job is to build the systems that catch it early.

About Onside
Onside is operational intelligence for agriculture. We give agribusinesses one record of every person, property and movement, so when a disease incursion hits or an audit lands, the answer takes seconds instead of weeks.

One platform covers biosecurity, health and safety, workforce, assets, environment and market access, and every check-in adds to a connected record of agriculture. We’re ranked 38th on the Deloitte Fast 50 (2025) and named to Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch (2025). With 90,000+ properties mapped and 8M+ visits recorded across Australia, New Zealand and North America, our big goal is 1 billion visits.

About the role
You’ll own our CRM and the data model behind it. Marketing, Sales, Partners and Customer all run on the systems you build. You’ll review the rest of our go-to-market stack and decide what it becomes, and most of it is open to you.

You’ll build forecasts the leadership team trusts when planning the quarter. You’ll automate the handoffs between teams, so when a deal stalls someone knows and can see why. You’ll turn product usage into early signals for renewal and expansion. You’ll work closely with the Head of Revenue and help size new markets.

Requirements

You’ll bring

  • Experience designing a HubSpot setup yourself, beyond administering one someone else built
  • Fluency with automation and APIs, whether through Make, Zapier, n8n or the API directly
  • Confidence modelling and forecasting on data, and a nose for when a number isn’t right
  • A track record of removing manual work and making a team measurably faster

Who thrives here
You build the system that catches the problem early. When something new lands on your desk on Thursday, you’ve worked it out by Monday.

Benefits

The way we work
Four days a week in our Melbourne office - we’re office-first on purpose, because the best work happens in the room together. AI tools built into how we work. A connection and capability fund for genuine growth. Strong company rhythms, a fast growth trajectory, and a parental leave policy we’re genuinely proud of.

How we hire
We hire people who’ll grow with us. Along the way you’ll meet the team, complete a short practical task and a couple of interviews. We respect your time and we’ll tell you where you stand at every stage.

Join us to protect the world’s food supply.
