About the Job

We're looking for a hands-on Retail Operations Manager - Export Markets to support the performance and development of our distributor-operated stores across a portfolio of international export markets.

Acting as a retail operations partner and coach, you will work closely with distributor partners, store managers, and retail teams to improve store performance, strengthen operational execution, and deliver a consistent Levi's® consumer experience across all locations. This role focuses on driving results through influence, training, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with distributors and franchisees to drive consistent retail execution across all stores.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve key retail KPIs, identifying opportunities to enhance sales performance, productivity, conversion, and consumer experience.
• Develop and implement action plans with partners to improve store performance and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular store visits to review standards, identify improvement opportunities, and provide hands-on coaching and support.
• Ensure consistent execution of Levi's® retail standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational processes across partner-operated stores.
• Deliver training and share retail best practices to build capability within partner organizations and store teams.
• Coach store managers and retail teams to strengthen commercial performance, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with distributor partners and influence performance without direct reporting lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Training, and Customer Service to support business goals and market needs.
• Monitor product availability, assortment execution, and in-season deliveries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, consumer trends, risks, and opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a premium and consistent consumer experience that reflects Levi's® brand values across all touchpoints.
• Support the Export Manager with store openings, portfolio optimization projects, and key retail initiatives as required.
• Provide regular feedback on market performance, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

About You

• Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, Retail Operations Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or similar multi-site retail operations role
• Strong retail operations experience within fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, accessories, or another consumer-focused retail environment.
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs and a track record of improving store performance through coaching, training, and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to improve retail performance through coaching, capability building, and effective stakeholder management across partner-operated stores
• Analytical and proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable across different cultures and markets.
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities across multiple locations and partners.
• Willingness to travel regularly across international export markets.
• Experience working with distributors, franchise partners, or third-party retail networks is highly desirable.
• Russian language skills would be considered an advantage but are not essential

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office.
