• $18.00- $21.00 (depending on experience)

Position Summary: Respool Operator

The Respool Operator is responsible for setting up and operating respooling equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
• Monitor production processes and inspect product quality
• Accurately maintain production reports and records
• Always follow all safety rules and procedures

Skills & Experience

• Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements
• Ability to pass a post-offer, company-paid physical, drug screen, and background check
