Project Role : Responsible AI Engineer
Project Role Description : Assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical and sustainable practices. Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved.

Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established ethical, responsible, and sustainable standards. This role requires continuous monitoring and assessment of AI models against specific benchmarks and thresholds. The engineer actively designs and applies technological strategies to address any identified risks or ethical concerns, ensuring that AI deployments align with organizational and societal values. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accountability of AI systems is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering a culture of responsible innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of frameworks that promote ethical AI practices within projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team understanding of responsible AI principles.
- Monitor emerging trends and regulatory changes related to AI ethics and incorporate relevant updates into team processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI, Risk Management, Generative AI, Secure AI.
- Strong expertise in evaluating AI systems for compliance with ethical and responsible AI guidelines.
- Experience in designing mitigation strategies to address AI risks and ensure system sustainability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and standards to guide system assessments and improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
