您将如何贡献和成长？

• Platform engineering & commissioning for the study of gas application in laser macro metal processing  (cutting, welding and additive manufacturing) according to the R&D projects' requirements.
• Develop laser macro processing expertise and gas application innovative solutions; write, share and present technical reports to stakeholders.
• Support the business line to promote the above solution in China and globally.
• Identify the industrial technical trend of laser macro processing and the gas application innovation opportunities.
• Develop the network of the local ecosystem for cooperation: establish and maintain a cooperative network with original equipment makers, end users, universities, research institutions and industry associations, participate in industrial conferences & exhibitions, and enhance the company's industry influence in the field of laser macro processing.
• Be responsible for the safety running of the research platforms following the rules of the company and the government. 

您是合适的人选么？

• Master degree or above, majored in laser processing, material / metallurgy science & engineering, welding, cutting, additive manufacturing related fields.
• Possess over 3 years of research/engineering experience in the field of laser macro processing, with deep understanding of laser optics & laser material interaction
• Experience of AI-driven process optimization will be a good add-on.
• Excellent written & oral English and technical communication skills, able to keep abreast of cutting-edge international technological developments.
• Good team work spirit.
