The candidate will be working full time in a research study where fully autonomous robots are deployed in the homes of older adults with dementia to offer them assistances with activities of daily living.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Writing new codes to expand the existing
  software framework

• Maintaining the current software

• Making deployment visits to participants home

• Troubleshoot the system whenever needed

• Collect and analyze data for dissemination

Qualifications:

• The candidate should have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in robotics or a related
  discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some field deployment experiences

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Prior experience with robotics

• Knowledge of ROS2

• Large scale robot software development

Compensation Pay Range:

$30-$35 /hour
