  • Lead or support reporting modernization and data migration initiatives, including transitioning reporting capabilities into cloud-based analytics environments.
  • Develop scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions for business and executive stakeholders.
  • Build and optimize data models, semantic layers, data pipelines, and reporting architectures that enable consistent and trusted business insights.
  • Partner with business leaders, product teams, and technology partners to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
  • Integrate and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems to uncover trends, opportunities, and operational insights.

  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are incorporated into all analytics solutions.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled analytics capabilities, automation tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to business leaders and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce-to-cloud analytics reporting architectures.
  • Experience designing and supporting data pipelines and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled analytics, machine learning-assisted reporting, and analytics automation capabilities.
  • Experience supporting Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, Lending, Treasury Management, or Financial Services organizations.
  • Experience delivering analytics solutions that resulted in measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, sales effectiveness, client retention, operational efficiency, or profitability improvements.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience developing complex queries, optimizing performance, and transforming data.
  • Experience using Python for analytics, automation, data transformation, or reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or similar modern cloud data platforms.
  • Experience building and maintaining Tableau or Tableau Cloud dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing concepts, semantic data modeling, and cloud analytics architectures.
  • Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver business-focused analytics solutions.

The strongest candidates will bring demonstrated experience:

  • Executing and delivering analytics or data modernization initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Building solutions within Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar environments.
