Responsible for developing and managing client-facing reports, dashboards, presentations, and training materials. Analyze and validate data using Excel, identify trends and discrepancies, and translate findings into clear business insights. Partner with internal teams and clients to meet reporting requirements, resolve issues, deliver training, and manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

 

 

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Develop and maintain recurring client-facing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
    • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple reporting sources and systems.
    • Use Excel to manipulate and validate data, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, filters, and basic data analysis.
    • Identify trends, discrepancies, and insights within reporting data and translate findings into meaningful business stories.
    • Create polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate key metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, consistent, and delivered according to established deadlines.
    • Manage multiple reporting requests and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
    • Investigate data discrepancies and work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Training & Materials
    • Develop training decks, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and other supporting materials related to reporting, systems, and established processes.
    • Translate detailed or complex information into clear, easy-to-understand training materials.
    • Deliver training to internal teams and stakeholders on reporting requirements, tools, and established processes.
    • Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training sessions as needed.
    • Tailor training materials and delivery approach to different audiences and levels of understanding.
    • Support teams following training by answering questions and providing clarification as needed.
    • Keep training materials and QRGs current as reporting requirements, systems, or processes evolve.
  • Collaboration & Client Support
    • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
    • Gather information from multiple stakeholders and reporting sources to support client deliverables.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
    • Work collaboratively across functions to meet deadlines and resolve reporting issues.
    • Prioritize competing requests and escalate issues appropriately.

Suggested Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, corporate real estate, finance, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with large or disparate data sets and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, filtering, sorting, and basic data validation.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, professional, client-facing presentations.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate the “so what” behind the numbers.
  • Experience creating training presentations, QRGs, or other instructional materials.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to different audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, financial services, or professional services.
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting platforms.
  • Experience combining data from multiple systems or reporting sources.
  • Experience developing reporting and presentations for senior leadership or external clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Real Estate, Operations, or a related field.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 106,250.00 - $125,000.00
