We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented E-Commerce Replenishment Specialist (1-Year Contract) to join our Cambridge, Ontario, Distribution Centre. You’ll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process online orders by entering Shopify orders into Chain Drive with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with order picking to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Support receiving operations, including unpacking, sorting, and putting away inbound product.
  • Receive, inspect, and process customer returns, following company guidelines.
  • Assist with order shipping, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for carriers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate low-stock styles or discrepancies to the e-commerce team.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse, including product shelving, workstations, and shipping areas.
  • Support additional warehouse tasks during busy periods to ensure team goals are met.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in order processing and shipping is required (e-commerce environment preferred).
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (experience with Shopify or Chain Drive is an asset).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40lbs as required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Education

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
