About this Remote Mental Health Therapist – LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP (1099, California) role at Daybreak Health
Transform Mental Health for Youth and Adults with Daybreak Health
Overview
Join our mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible to every person who needs it — from teens to adults. At Daybreak Health, you'll be part of a movement dedicated to removing barriers to care and empowering clients to thrive emotionally and mentally at every stage of life.
We partner with over 60 school districts and Kaiser Permanente, reaching more than one million students nationwide — and through our Kaiser Permanente program, we now also provide therapy to adults, expanding our impact beyond the school community. We're actively growing our clinician network across the California region and would love to connect with local licensed clinicians ready to make an impact — fully remotely, on their own schedule. Our clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful, diverse caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most: making a real difference in people's lives.
We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy throughout California to clients ages 11–60. You're welcome to build a caseload of youth, adults, or a mix of both — whatever fits your clinical strengths and interests. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside families and community partners to help clients thrive.

- Administrative support — we handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling
- Supportive clinical community — peer consultation, collaborative networks, optional team discussions
- Professional development — free CE credits year-round, paid clinical consultation, ongoing training
