Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a proven Relationship Manager to join our ever-evolving EMEA Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own
- Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
- Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
- Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.
- Sell products and services
- Manage relationships
- Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies
- Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
What you bring
- Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
- Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
- Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.
- Preferable additional language spoken (Italian/French/Spanish)
