The Opportunity

Regulatory Affairs Coordinator
As a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, you will support product registration and lifecycle management activities while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. You will work cross-functionally with commercial, medical, quality, logistics, and global regulatory teams to drive successful product launches, renewals, and variations.
This role will support Tunisia, but based our Abbott Algeria office

What You’ll Work On

  • Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers for new product registrations, renewals, and variations.
  • Develop and implement regulatory plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global and local regulatory teams to support product lifecycle management.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality, development, marketing, medical, and logistics teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely execution of activities.
  • Review and approve promotional materials in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Liaise with local regulatory authorities and maintain effective external relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality SOPs while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage regulatory documentation, archiving, and submission tracking according to local and global requirements.
  • Support submissions related to promotional and non-promotional activities, symposiums, and congresses.
  • Contribute to training initiatives and promote Abbott’s values and compliance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacist qualification preferred).
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory registration processes, product lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and document management.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting regulatory deadlines.
