1. Regulatory Compliance
● Ensure products, technologies, projects and transactions meet applicable trade control and sanctions
requirements
● Review regulatory requirements and identify their applicability to business activities
2. Risk Assessment
● Assess product/technology, jurisdiction, end-use, end-user and transaction-related risks and identify
potential restrictions or licensing requirements
● Support appropriate controls and escalation of high-risk cases
3. Technical Assessments
● Review Export Control Questionnaires and product/technology data for classification and compliance
assessment
4. Stakeholder Coordination
● Coordinate with R&D PTM/PM, internal AREG team on Export Control Sanctions matters
● Provide guidance to R&D PTM on applicable trade control requirements
5. Regulatory Change & Improvement
● Monitor changes in export control regulations, sanctions lists and restrictions to assess their business
impact and support timely implementation
● Identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements
6. Documentation & Reporting
● Maintain assessment records, screening evidence, regulatory change records & KPIs
● Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and properly controlled
