RN VA Private Care Nurse
- Part Time | Weekday Visits | No On-Call
- Lebanon, MO and surrounding areas
- Up to $45 per visit

Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
- May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
- Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
- Follow state approved care plan.
- Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of MO
- In Home experience preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and self-management skills
- Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work autonomously
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license, Active Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
