About this Registered Nurse (RN) role at Team Select Home Care
Team Select is looking for a Registered Nurse to work 1:1 with medically fragile patients in their homes. Shifts are between 8 and 12 hours in length, shifts are open for days, nights, and we can accommodate full-time and part-time schedules. Our patients require support for a variety of conditions; you will receive hands-on training from our Director of Nursing to ensure that you feel confident providing care as necessary for your patient. Common tasks include activities of daily living, tube-feedings, trach care, and ventilator management.

Position Details and Responsibilities
- 1:1 Patient Care
- Work with pediatric/adult patients
- G-tube, trach, and/or ventilator care
- Electronic documentation
- Provide patient assessments, treatments, and other required cares as detailed in the patient’s plan of care
Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- current BLS Certification
- Negative TB test (can be provided)

Pay Range: $48.00 - $51.00 / hour
