The Village at Rockville is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift RN to join our nursing team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

Pay Range: $40.00–$55.00/hour (Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background).

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to residents during the night shift
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
• Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and clinical concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Support and guide nursing assistants and other team members as appropriate
• Help ensure a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment throughout the night

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively and independently during the night shift while collaborating with the broader care team
• Commitment to providing exceptional care with dignity and respect
• Ability to read and speak English
