The University of Miami UHealth Tower 7 North & South has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse 1.
The Registered Nurse delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service while ensuring population-specific patient care.
- Oversees nurses and allied health staff in their daily practice.
- Prescribes, coordinates, evaluates and delivers patient care through collaborative efforts with members of the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practices.
- Directs and guides patient and family teaching.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- State of Florida RN license
- One (1) year of Medical Surgical experience. Any combination of relevant education, work experience, and/or certifications will be considered.
- Must have current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Any combination of relevant education, work experience, and/or certifications will be considered.
