Requirements

• Must have 2 years of OR experience within the last 5 years
• Must have 2 years of pediatric experience
• Must have 1 year of Epic experience
• Active and unencumbered CA RN license
• Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
• Active ALCS Certification
• Active PALS Certification
• Annual Physical within last 12 months
• Negative TB within last 12 months
• Hep B Series or Titer
• MMR Series or Titer
• Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
• Varicella Series or Titer
