About this Registered Nurse - Maternal Fetal Medicine - Days role at Endeavor Health
Hourly Pay Range:
$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.- Position: Registered Nurse – Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Location: Evanston, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hours per week
- Hours: Generally scheduled between 0745- 1700 Monday -Friday (may eventually include some Saturdays)
- No holidays: no call
- Travel : Required to travel to other Endeavor Health sites when needed
What you will do:
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Department
- Complete NSTs
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
What you will need:
- Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)
- NST certification strongly preferred
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Experience: 1 year of inpatient Labor and Delivery or High-Risk OB experience required
- Fetal Monitoring experience required
- Unique or Preferred Skills: NST and high-risk obstetrics experience
