About this Registered Nurse - ISCU - Night Shift role at Endeavor Health
Hourly Pay Range:
$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.SIGN ON BONUS: $25,000
•Experience: .A minimum of 18 months of NICU/ISCU experience required to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
Position: Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit
Location: Evanston, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 36 hours per week
Hours: 1900-0730, with weekend rotation
Float: when needed
What you will do:
Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
What you will need:
Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)
License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
Experience: 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year ISCU experience preferred
Unique or Preferred Skills: NICU/ISCU experience
