Our Wilmington Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the Wilmington and Jacksonville region.
Schedule:
- Priority: Current full-time overnight shifts open in Jacksonville
- Full-time and part-time options available
- Flexible scheduling: Let us know which days or nights work best for you!
Pay:
- Starting pay: $30-33 per hour (client-specific)
- $1,500 and Baylor schedule incentive

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?
- Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
- Hands-on care with only one client per day
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
What your day looks like at BAYADA:
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty RN:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
- One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
