About South Fulton Emergency Care

Grady’s new Emergency Center represents our commitment to expanding access to expert, compassionate emergency care in the South Fulton community.

The 24/7 emergency department will treat adults and children experiencing critical, urgent, and time-sensitive conditions in a modern, community-based setting.

  • Advanced imaging services (CT, X-ray, and ultrasound)

  • Efficiently designed clinical spaces to support rapid patient flow

  • A modern waiting area for families and loved ones

  • A dedicated community room for health education events

This facility is a full-service emergency department not an urgent care or primary care clinic. It is designed to treat serious medical emergencies requiring immediate care.

We are seeking Registered Nurses with:

  • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills

  • Experience managing high-acuity, fast-paced environments

If you’re ready to grow your emergency nursing career and help establish a new standard of care in South Fulton, we encourage you to apply.
