Unit Description: Are you a nurse who enjoys hands-on care, patient relationships, and working alongside highly skilled specialists?

Our Orthopedic team is made up of experienced, board-certified providers who treat the full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions from sports injuries and joint degeneration to complex surgical cases. As a nurse on this team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both surgical and non-surgical care, helping patients regain mobility, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Orthopedic experience with direct patient care to include surgical scheduling, patient education, casting/splinting, wound care preferred.
• One to three years of hospital nursing experience or office nursing experience preferred. Candidates with direct experience will be considered first.
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
• Oversee all clinical staff callouts.
• Demonstrates professionalism, respectful communication, and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations while fostering positive working relationships with patients and colleagues.
