  • Salary: 41.58- 58.40 AUD base per hour + super

About The Role

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care throughout the patient journey, from admission through to discharge planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Coordinate and implement evidence-based nursing interventions aligned with individual care plans.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress while adjusting care plans as required.
  • Apply contemporary nursing practices informed by current research, technology, and clinical innovation.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

About You

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Commitment to continued professional development and undertaking further studies as identified as requirements for this position.
  • Sound knowledge of Department of Health Guidelines and Regulations, Workplace Health and Safety, Infection Control and their impact on the delivery of care.
  • Must work well within a team environment and promote team cohesion.
