What you’ll do: 

• Utilize current nursing practices to provide patient care while focusing on the specific, specialized needs of the patient and exemplifying the service excellence goals of care, concern, respect and cooperation. As a contributing member of a health care team, develop and provide a comprehensive plan of care for assigned patients. Recognizes and consistently applies knowledge of Loyola's 14 Magnet Forces.

What you’ll need for this job: 

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing 
• 1-2 years of previous job-related experience 
• Previous critical care experience preferred
• ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support Certified) 
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
• Current Registered Nurse License State of Illinois
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred

Compensation:

BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.97 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
