What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional nursing care while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life for our residents.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to provide outstanding care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing team throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
- A compassionate, dependable professional dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care
