Behavior Technicians (BTs) work one-on-one with children to help build communication, social, and daily living skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA). It takes patience, consistency, and genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their potential — and you’ll be supported every step of the way as you grow into the role.
