We are looking for a motivated Product Marketing to join our Embedded Marketing team and drive global marketing initiatives for the Industrial Peripherals & Modules Group (IPMG). In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Business Development, regional sales, and global marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs, including content development, digital campaigns, and physical events. You will play a key role in strengthening product and solution awareness, generating business opportunities, expanding market reach, and accelerating ecosystem collaboration worldwide.

【Main Mission】

Content Marketing & Sales Enablement

• Develop compelling product and solution marketing content, including web pages, brochures, presentations, e-newsletters, success stories, videos, and social media content.
• Develop marketing materials and tools to support sales enablement and business development.

Product Launch & Integrated Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute new product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across global markets.
• Organize online and offline marketing programs, including webinars, seminars, exhibitions and digital campaigns.

Global Communications & Promotion

• Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to drive local market development and lead generation.
• Develop co-marketing programs with ecosystem partners to expand market reach and create business opportunities.

Marketing Performance & Cross-functional Management

• Monitor marketing campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing programs based on data and business results.
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects with Product Management, Sales, Business Development, R&D, Digital Marketing, and regional teams.

【You should Have】

• A bachelor’s degree or above is required, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively conduct business meetings and collaborate with global teams.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and digital marketing platforms, with a strong interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities under pressure, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
