Job Description
Performs and coordinates HR tasks to support management and teams with efficient office operations. Manages communication and schedules to facilitate organizational workflow.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- This role is responsible to support Bangalore Site Operations with all HR related operational matters in a timely manner.
- Data Management (including data storing and archive maintenance)
- Own and execute the On and Off boarding process in a timely manner
- Process HR related purchase orders
- Take initiative and identify problems in way of working, formulate alternatives and recommendations; develop and introduce new supporting sub-processes and improve existing processes
- Communication management (distribution lists, announcements, Microsoft Teams)
- Maintain confidential files and records with discretion. Organize and maintain office files and records to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Facilitate communication between teams to enhance collaboration.
- Own and lead all employee engagement activities
- Be the first touch point for employees and their queries related to HR policies, processes and way of working
- Support and organize HR projects and events
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Critical Experiences
- Masters's degree in Business Administration or Management in HR.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR roles involving HR operations.
- No specific licenses required; however, proficiency certifications in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools like Microsoft Teams are essential.
