About the Role
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a large and complex portfolio. This client-facing leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, asset performance, budget management, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage building systems including MEP, BMS, and related infrastructure.
Lead and develop high-performing facilities teams and service partners.
Drive health, safety, risk management, and emergency response initiatives.
Manage budgets, OPEX/CAPEX planning, vendor contracts, and procurement processes.
Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Champion continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of facilities management experience in complex commercial environments.
Strong technical knowledge of large-scale building operations and systems.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, compliance, and operational performance.

Experience- 10+ years of relevant experience in comparable roles (including developmental roles) along with a consistent track record of success and achievements in prior developmental roles.
