Job Description

The Regional Director of Sales for Eastern Europe, Nordics, and Baltics will lead the commercial strategy, business expansion, and high-level client relationship management across key international territories. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue by positioning our complete portfolio of mission-critical ecosystem solutions—spanning advanced physical security, video analytics, command center software, mission-critical communications, and defense-grade technologies.

You will orchestrate comprehensive territory plans, develop senior stakeholder relationships within government and enterprise sectors, and secure high-value contracts that support public safety and defense infrastructure.

Basic Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, or equivalent military/technical service background.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in complex technical sales, key account management, or business development within the Defense, Public Safety, or Physical Security sectors.
• Territory Track Record: Demonstrated commercial experience and established network within Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, or the Nordic countries.
• Languages: Professional verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the designated region (up to 50–60%).
