The Customer Relationship Manager Role
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing businesses by owning the sales and service for our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Being the main point of contact for your customers, while retaining and growing the accounts against a set target
- Providing excellent service to our customers
- Monitoring service against agreed levels and communicating with customers accordingly
- Managing the onboarding of new contracts and carrying out introductory reviews
- Conducting accounts analysis and generating reports
- Reducing debt and disputes for a certain portfolio of customers
- Completing customer contracts and re-signs, while ensuring everything is compliant
Requirements
Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work using your own initiative
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
