Regional Account Liaison - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy (San Antonio - Houston, TX Territory)

Location: Texas

Sales Territory: Ideal candidates will reside in Oklahoma and are comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time overnight throughout the stated territory.

This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.

The Regional Account Liaison - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy (San Antonio - Houston, TX Territory) is responsible for building relationships with manufacturer representatives, physician office staff, and other associates to communicate the merits of referring patients to services provided by the business unit.

How you will make an impact:

• Develops therapy plans including targeting, routing, and call cycle based on territory knowledge.

• Utilizes strategic business sales plan and market intelligence for authorization.

• Implements the territory sales plan and works with manufacturer representatives to maintain current awareness of product updates and other pertinent information.

• Responds to inquiries from referral sources.

• Analyzes prescribing patterns across the territory and specifically by office.

• Updates the territory sales plan to achieve defined results in collaboration with leadership.

• Works with operations to review procedures and requirements while maintaining awareness of software use and capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BS/BA or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) may be required in certain jurisdictions. 

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Experience in the following core therapies: Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and /or Rheumatology, highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel strongly preferred.  

• Understanding of specialty pharmacy strongly preferred.
