Recruitment Consultant – Architecture | Property & Construction

You’ll be part of our thriving Property & Construction division, specialising in the Architecture market and covering the South of England. You’ll have the opportunity to build and develop relationships with architecture practices and businesses across the region, connecting them with the specialist talent they need.

With a broad geographical market and plenty of scope to develop your client base, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a specialist recruitment desk while benefiting from the strength, tools and reputation of an established national recruitment brand.

What you’ll be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, developing your market across the Architecture sector throughout the South, including:

• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients through strategic B2B business development across calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and face-to-face meetings
• Developing your knowledge and network within the Architecture and Property & Construction market
• Sourcing specialist talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking
• Managing vacancies from initial client briefing through to successful placement
• Matching and preparing candidates for interviews
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Meeting clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face
• Building your personal brand and becoming a trusted recruitment partner within your specialist market
