£27,500 - £30,000 + uncapped commission
Full-time
Office-based for the first 2/3 months, then hybrid with 1 day working from home
Driving licence required (due to client meetings in large patch)

You'll be joining an office that is home to some of Reed's successful long-standing billers and is led by a Senior Area Manager with nearly 24 years' service at Reed, giving you access to exceptional experience, support and career development.

Building relationships with new and existing clients across the local market
Generating new business opportunities through calls, meetings and networking
Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates
Providing expert advice and market insight to clients and candidates
Working towards achievable targets that directly impact your earnings
