Make a meaningful impact at BAYADA
BAYADA is seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented Recruiting Manager to support the growth of our Las Vegas office and help connect compassionate professionals with meaningful opportunities to serve others.
This is an important role in a growing office. You will own the full recruitment and onboarding process, build strong relationships with candidates and team members, and help ensure that our office has the field employees needed to meet the needs of the Clark County community.
If you are energized by connecting with people, motivated by growth, and ready to bring positivity and organization to a fast-moving team, we invite you to apply.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing inquiries, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct background checks and work history verifications.
- Organize and upload employee files in accordance with BAYADA standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Services Manager to identify, analyze, and fulfill ongoing staffing needs.
- Provide professional customer service by handling incoming calls and routing information effectively.
- Review after-hours on-call logs for calls that may require recruiting follow-up. An on-call rotation is not required; an on-call team supports the office.
- Build candidate relationships through timely, clear, and positive communication by phone, email, and text.
- Coordinate weekly hiring and orientation activities to support the office’s staffing goals.
- Help refine recruiting processes and communication tools as the office grows.
What we’re looking for
Must-have qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, organized employee records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A social, enthusiastic, energetic, and people-oriented approach.
- A genuine interest in connecting with others and creating a positive candidate experience.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and meet weekly goals.
- Willingness to work on-site in Las Vegas during the scheduled hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Determination to learn, grow, and contribute to a developing office.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, healthcare, or related experience.
- Experience managing multiple steps of a hiring or onboarding process.
- A college degree or related post-secondary education. A degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, employee records, or structured compliance processes.
We welcome candidates who may not have direct recruiting experience but demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, determination, and a clear commitment to learning and growing in the role.
Training and support
Your first two weeks will focus on building a strong foundation through BAYADA University, systems training, recruiting-process education, communication templates for email and text, shadowing, and mastery checks. During the third week, you will begin working more independently with daily touchpoints and support available when questions arise. As your confidence and independence grow, support will gradually fade while coaching remains available.
Why join this BAYADA office
- Help build the recruiting foundation for a growing start-up office.
- Make a visible contribution to the office’s growth and ability to serve the community.
- Work alongside a team that values positivity, collaboration, and professional communication.
- Receive structured training and hands-on support as you develop your recruiting expertise.
- Explore future opportunities to lead within the office or pursue other career paths across BAYADA as growth creates new possibilities.
