About the role
We're looking for two Recruiting Coordinators based in India to support our fast-growing US Talent team. Working night shift hours to overlap with our Pacific Time-based hiring teams, you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, world-class candidate experience while helping our recruiters and hiring managers move quickly and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure every candidate has a world-class interview experience from first contact through offer
- Schedule a high volume of phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across hiring teams, executives, and candidates spanning multiple US time zones
- Coordinate travel logistics for non-local candidates as needed
- Support day-of interview logistics (virtual coordination, rescheduling, real-time troubleshooting) to keep interviews running on time
- Manage candidate flow and data integrity through our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and interviewers, providing clear, timely communication across time zones
- Support employer brand efforts by partnering with marketing and design on internal/external career page content
- Help organize and support virtual recruiting events, acting as a brand ambassador for Ethos
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting, or People Operations
- Working knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (or similar interview scheduling/automation tools)
- Experience supporting or working with a US-based team, with strong cross-time-zone communication skills
- Comfortable and reliable working night shift hours on an ongoing basis
- High attention to detail in all candidate and stakeholder interactions
- Personable, professional, and able to maintain a positive attitude under shifting, high-volume circumstances
- Strong organizational skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable remote work setup for night-shift operations
