About This Role
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving Crusoe's rapid growth and mission to align future computing infrastructure with clean energy solutions. In this role, you will be the bedrock of our recruiting engine, ensuring a seamless, high-touch, and inspiring experience for every candidate. By balancing hyper-organization, discretion, and adaptability, your work directly powers our ability to attract and hire world-class talent across our fast-paced global teams.
As the operational center of our hiring function, you will own complex scheduling logistics, drive applicant tracking system accuracy, and spearhead process improvements that elevate candidate experience and recruiting efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who excels in calendar management and brings a service-oriented approach to candidate and internal stakeholder management. This is a full-time position based in Dublin, with flexibility for hybrid/occasional remote work.
What You’ll Be Working On
Interview Logistics & Scheduling: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage high-volume, multi-stage interview schedules across various global time zones and locations.
Candidate Engagement & Experience: Communicate directly with candidates to confirm travel and interview details, serving as Crusoe’s frontline ambassador to deliver an engaging, smooth, and professional candidate journey.
Schedule Optimization & Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage complex interviewer calendars, swiftly adapt to last-minute schedule shifts, and resolve timing conflicts before they disrupt candidate or team workflows.
Recruiting Data & ATS Hygiene: Maintain meticulous accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System, track candidate progression through interview stages, and ensure hiring teams submit timely feedback.
Process Improvement & Strategy: Identify operational bottlenecks in candidate routing and feedback collection, proposing and implementing streamlined workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Operations, IT, and Workplace teams to coordinate seamless onboarding handoffs, support key talent initiatives, and ensure operational readiness for hiring events.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Proven Operational Experience: 3+ years of experience in an operations-focused role, such as a Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar operational function in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Calendar Management: Demonstrated ability to manage, coordinate, and troubleshoot complex, high-volume schedules across global time zones.
High-Detail Operations: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail, enabling you to manage competing priorities without losing quality.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal cross-functional partners.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with productivity platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
Discretion & Judgment: Excellent judgment and absolute discretion when handling confidential candidates, hiring data, and internal personnel information.
Proactive Problem-Solving: A service-oriented mindset with the capability to anticipate operational friction, mitigate scheduling risks, and solve problems independently.
Bonus Points
Experience scaling operations or recruiting processes within a high-growth startup or tech environment.
Deep familiarity with core talent operations and full-lifecycle recruiting workflows.
Hands-on experience with event planning, interview day coordination, or workplace operations.
Prior experience directly interfacing with and supporting senior executives and cross-functional leadership.

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid as salary or hourly. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
