About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a Contract University Recruiter to join the Futureforce team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting to support our efforts recruiting Emerging Talent. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and a critical bridge between Talent Attraction and the business, optimizing the recruitment lifecycle and delivering a scalable, exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates — ensuring candidates are well-matched to roles, thoroughly coached, and engaged throughout the hiring journey, including managing competitive offer processes and visa sponsorship workflows (where applicable)
  • Partner with SVP and VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies, define candidate profiles, and develop organization-level talent pipelines, while serving as a process expert on program policies, system workflows, and cross-functional hiring boundaries
  • Build and maintain relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations at assigned university and community partnerships, and execute on-campus and virtual hiring events to drive awareness and pipeline
  • Share market insights and process improvements with the broader Futureforce team, and support specialty talent programs by developing and presenting enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven focus on early career/University hiring
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies and drive program outcomes
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using conversion metrics and KPIs to inform hiring decisions and quarterly targets
  • Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in a professional recruiting context to optimize workflows and drive efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise recruiting systems and CRM platforms such as Workday, Handshake and other comparable platforms
  • Background running or contributing to pre-internship or early access talent programs

** This is a 6 month contract role. It will be in a hub office where you are expected to be in office at least 3 days/week. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship. **
