We are looking for

• At least high school graduate
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office programs
• Adopts English language skills
• Has similar working experience as “Receptionist”
• Problem-solver, patient, results-oriented
• Strong in follow-up
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills

Key responsibilities

• Respond incoming phone calls, transfer them to the relevant people, or take messages.
• Check incoming emails, forward them to the relevant people, or reply to them.
• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and direct them to the relevant people.
• Keep visitor records and issue visitor cards when necessary.
• Manage mail and courier operations.
• Assist appointment and meeting organization.
• Track office supplies and place orders.
• Carry out document and filing operations.
• Comply with the organization's security policies.
• Use the telephone switchboard and other office equipment.
• Respond guest questions and assisting them.
