• zarządzanie obiegiem korespondencji i dokumentów
• przyjmowanie, rejestrowanie i wysyłanie poczty
• obsługa przychodzących połączeń telefonicznych
• przyjmowanie oraz obsługa recepcyjna gości firmy
• współpraca z firmami kurierskimi
• koordynacja zaopatrzenia biura w środki czystości, artykuły biurowe oraz spożywcze
• dbanie o porządek i estetykę w pomieszczeniach biurowych

Wymagania:

• wykształcenie min. średnie
• biegła obsługa komputera, pakietu MS Office oraz urządzeń biurowych
• znajomość j. angielskiego A2
• bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej,
• odpowiedzialność i samodzielność
• terminowość i rzetelność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań
• wysoki poziom kultury osobistej i zdolności interpersonalne, łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów bezpośrednich i telefonicznych
