Job Description
- Gerenciar as operações da recepção e garantir um ambiente acolhedor na área de atendimento.
- Recepcionar e prestar assistência a visitantes e colaboradores.
- Atender e gerenciar chamadas telefônicas, e-mails e outras formas de comunicação.
- Manter registros e documentos relacionados às atividades da recepção.
- Fornecer suporte administrativo conforme necessário.
Habilidades:
- Forte capacidade de organização e habilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Proficiência em softwares e ferramentas de escritório.
Requisitos:
- Ensino médio completo ou equivalente.
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em funções de recepcionista ou suporte administrativo.
- Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas e definir prioridades de forma eficaz.
